8 Body Weight Exercises

I know, you’re tired of hearing how easy it is to lose weight. I get it, you struggle so you’re mad at the world. Listen, I’ve been there before. I’ve struggled with losing weight too. Now for anyone that really knows me, you probably look and think this guy is in great shape. As a matter of fact just yesterday a friend told me I was in great shape.

Now I must admit, I think I’m in better shape than the average 50-year-old but I’m far from “great shape.” You see for as long as I can remember, I’ve been athletically built. But having an athletic body doesn’t always mean great shape.

I struggle with some of the same temptations that anyone else struggles with. There are times I don’t feel like working out, and there are times when I don’t concern myself with nutrition.

It is the lack of nutrition that has really impacted my health. Or shall I say did impact my health? You see once the Dr. put on blood pressure medication, I knew something had to be done. I became more concerned about nutrition as well as physical exercise. And when I say exercise I mean more than just lifting weights. Remember, I have the athletic body, I lifted weights. But weight lifting does very little for my cardio.

I had to improve my nutrition by eating healthier, adding all natural supplements (which also allow me to earn extra income) and do exercise routines that burned fat and got my heart rate up. Check out the quick routine I did this morning. Routine consists of 8 exercises………

(1) Wall Walk- This exercise helps to strengthen shoulders and arms. With this routine, you want to walk up the wall (watch video) 2-10 times depending on your ability

(2) Flutter Kicks- Obviously this routine is for the core.

(3) Plank Reach- This exercise can be done from the resting on the forearm position or from the push-up position

(4) Box Jump-As you will see in the video, I didn’t have a box so I used a chair. I don’t advise you to use a chair but if you do make sure it’s sturdy enough and don’t use a folding chair.

(5) Incline Diamond Push-up (Watch video)

(6) Spider-Man Push-Up

(7) Plank Push-Up

(8) Jump Rope
